HEAD COACH

Lee Lansdowne returns for his fourth consecutive season as Head Coach of the USPHL Cincinnati Cyclones. A native of Swindon, England, Lee enters his ninth-year coaching at the junior level and has been a major presence in the Tri‑State hockey community for more than a decade.

Lee first came to the United States in 2001 to play junior hockey before returning to Europe, where he spent two seasons competing professionally and won an EPIHL championship with the Milton Keynes Lightning. He later returned to Cincinnati to join the ECHL Cyclones, contributing to two Kelly Cup championship teams. Lee also had the honor of representing Great Britain four times on the world stage.

From 2010–2015, Lee coached at the Junior A level before rejoining the USPHL Cyclones for the 2023–24 season. Over the years, he has worked with thousands of players and goalies across Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and the broader Tri‑State region. His extensive background as a pro player, combined with deep goalie‑specific and overall hockey knowledge, elevates the development of every athlete he coaches.

 Lee's coaching style is down‑to‑earth and relationship‑driven, emphasizing genuine connection, player development and advancement, and building a strong team brotherhood. Lee is a proven winner who is committed to bringing a USPHL championship to Cincinnati.
