The Cincinnati Jr. Cyclones USPHL Premier team was established in 2021 as an expansion franchise competing in the Great Lakes Division, originally hosting home games at Heritage Bank Center.
The program was later acquired by the Cincinnati Cyclones ECHL organization, bringing the team under the same umbrella as Cincinnati’s professional hockey club. Following the purchase, the team relocated to Queen City Sportsplex, which also serves as the official practice facility of the ECHL Cyclones.
In 2024, the program was officially renamed the USPHL Cincinnati Cyclones and rebranded to align with the professional team’s identity, strengthening the developmental pathway within the organization.
In 2026, the USPHL announced league-wide realignment, placing the Cyclones in the Midwest Division beginning with the 2026–27 season.

We believe in a genuine player first culture. Every dollar- whether paid for in fees or raised through fundraising- is reinvested into our athletes. From development resources to travel, equipment and advancement opportunities, everything we do is built to support our players.

With the new divisional alignment, we’re positioned to reach new highs, compete for divisional honors, and earn our path to the national tournament.

The USPHL Cincinnati Cyclones are built on a foundation of experience, professionalism, and a deep commitment to player development. Our staff brings years of junior, collegiate, and professional hockey experience, creating an environment where athletes can grow, compete, and prepare for the next level of the game.
We are passionate about developing well‑rounded players — on and off the ice — and dedicated to providing a structured, competitive, and supportive pathway for athletes pursuing advancement in the sport. Every member of our organization shares the same mission: to elevate our players, strengthen their opportunities, and uphold the high standards of Cyclones hockey.

The USPHL Cincinnati Cyclones are proud to call Queen City Sportsplex home. All practices, tryouts, camps, and home games take place at this multi‑sport venue located just north of downtown Cincinnati.
Queen City Sportsplex is currently undergoing a $20 million renovation, which includes the addition of a third sheet of ice and significant facility upgrades to support youth, junior, and professional hockey development.
Queen City Sportsplex is also home to ACHA I and ACHA III University of Cincinnati as well as ACHA III Xavier University.
